The Cricket and the Ladybug - Chapter One
Everyone whose anybody wants to be a somebody. Especially in Hollywood. If you were lucky enough to make it big on the silver screen, you were considered a star. Actors and actresses were among the rich and elite. They live in the lap of luxury, attending lavish parties and sipping on expensive champagnes. It was an envious life, but for one lonely cricket, it was far from appealing. Jiminy Cricket was a star who made it big in the 1940's Disney film, Pinocchio. A once small cricket was now a major star. Well, he was still small, but he had finally fulfilled his dream of being in the movies. However, the bug who came from humble beginnings remained so throughout his career. He was a traveller, a storyteller, and a happy-go-lucky fellow. While he had everything a bug could have wanted, he still relished in the simpler things in life. Once in a while he did enjoy a party or two, or even a stop at the club.
